{early morning}

I woke up early this morning to get some extra work done before the day got too busy.  The sound of the garbage trucks on my street at 7am is strangely relaxing (I also love the sound of trains at night... a lifetime of living within close distance to railroad tracks, I guess!).  I think most people are really annoyed by the sound of the trucks so early, but I like it : )  

I am working diligently on personalized embroidered note orders - I've surpassed 900 sales in the shop as of this week and am totally thrilled!  When I reach 1,000 think I might faint!  I've been so happy since upgrading to bamboo embroidery floss for the notes - it's so great to work with and I love having another excuse to pop into Serendipity Needleworks : )
