{air plants}
Aren't these air plants cool? I got them last week (ordered here) and they really add some life to my living room! The best part is that they don't need soil - just spritz them with water every few days so they don't dry out. I've been displaying mine in a wood bowl from the thrift store with some small stones at the bottom.
I've been on a mission to add some indoor plants to the apartment, so I also added some mint to a vintage planter for the kitchen, some kalanchoe starters, and a ruffle-y type of fern.
Do you have any favorite houseplants? I'd love to hear your recommendations!

I have at least 3 philodendrons! Their big, green leaves make me feel like I'm in the jungle even in the middle of winter! Also, sansevierias love to be ignored. Talk about low maintenance! :)
:) I really like your blog! It's wonderful! I love the "about me" part, I would like to have a handmade life, but I'm just starting ^^
I like these plants, they look nice! Yesterday I bought some primula seeds :)
(Sorry for my english :P)

Very interesting! I recently started looking into plants for the home! Thanks for linking up the etsy shop. I am going to have to contact them because I have tons of questions! Really want some air plants!
I love the way your plants are set up/ displayed!
Try a cast iron plant and a mother in laws tongue (aka snake plant) They work great and are very hard to kill LOL
I love air ferns! We have a dozen or so houseplants. All of them are fairly small, but mostly because we keep them in small pots. Once we move at the end of this month, we're going to transplant some of them into larger pots so they can grow with the size of our home.
Dragon trees are pretty and require very little attention. I left one at college for a month by mistake - no water or anything, and it lived!
it's cute but I am still in search of a unique air plant container :)
