a lot of sewing and a little knitting

I've been doing a lot of sewing lately, with a little knitting and thrifting thrown in ---

A tuffet-ish pillow topped with a thrifted doily...

A lace patterned sock knit from bamboo yarn (pattern is here)...

And a fluffy, squishy cat bed sewn from a thrifted flannel sheet. The pattern is from the One Yard Wonders book...

I'm in the mood to knit or crochet a new blanket of some sort, but am undecided on exactly what kind or which colors to use. More planning is needed : )
