A quick succession of busy nothings
Last week was SO crazy - I taught an origami class as part of my school's summer program and it ended up taking much more time and energy than anticipated! My poor blog has been so neglected... *sigh*
I was able to squeeze in a few moments of crafting before collapsing into bed each night, so I actually have some finished-up projects to show.
My Sullivan Street Bolero turned out nicely, although I did change one part. Instead of picking up stitches around the armholes and outer edge to knit a border, I simply added a couple of rows of single crochet to tidy it up (anything to avoid picking up stitches, my least favorite knitting activity).
I also finished up my little granny square afghan.
And I started a new embroidery project.
And I found out that the kitten chews books. And bookmarks!
